Compound Chocolate 500 grams
Compound chocolates are specially formulated using Lauric type cocoa buter substitute fats and other quality ingredients. Avoid use with non compatible fats such as cocoa butter or cocoa butter based chocolates. Compound products do not require tempering.

MICROWAVE: Melt in short bursts; stir between pulses. Heat until 45 degrees celcius is reached. Do not heat over 50 degrees celcius.
INDIRECT: Place buttons in a dry pan over warm water and stir constantly until 45 degrees celcius is reached. Avoid heating over 50 degrees celcius. Avoid contact with rising steam or water drips.
May contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts.
