White Compound Chocolate
This is beautiful white chocolate to use for your chocolate creations. Melts beautifully, and can be coloured with a creamy consistency. Great for working with. Does not need tempering.
MICROWAVE: Melt in short bursts; stir between pulses. Heat until 40 degrees celcius is reached. Do not heat over 45 degrees celcius.
INDIRECT: Place buttons in a dry pan over warm water and stir constantly until 40 degrees celcius is reached. Avoid heating over 45 degrees celcius. Avoid contact with rising steam or water drips.
Ingredients: Sugar, vegetable fat, emulsifiers (soy Lecithin, 492), whey powder.
Contains: Milk, Soy.
May Be Present: Tree nuts.
